DamTrips Policy
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DamTrips website, booking platform, transportation services, trip experiences, communications, and related services offered by Oregon Experience Group LLC d/b/a DamTrips (“DamTrips,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, making a booking, purchasing a trip, boarding a vehicle, or participating in a DamTrips trip, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, any Waiver & Release presented during checkout, and any trip-specific rules shown before purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, purchase a booking, board a vehicle, or participate in a trip.
1. About DamTrips
DamTrips provides game day transportation and related trip experiences for customers traveling to and from sporting events and other destinations.
Transportation may be provided directly by DamTrips or through licensed third-party motor coach, charter, transportation, or event vendors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, DamTrips is an independent transportation and travel experience company and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by any university, athletic department, conference, venue, team, ticketing company, transit agency, hotel, or government entity.
All university names, team names, stadium names, venue names, event names, and related references are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
2. Eligibility to Book and Ride
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By making a booking, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your party.
All passengers must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old. Passengers under 21 must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult during the trip.
This age policy is intended to support passenger safety, responsible supervision, and compliance with alcohol-related laws and trip rules. No passenger under 21 may possess, open, handle, or consume alcohol at any time during a DamTrips trip, including before boarding, onboard the vehicle, at pickup stops, during stops, at the stadium or event area, or during the return trip.
The booking customer and any accompanying adult are responsible for the conduct of minors and under-21 passengers in their party. If a passenger under 21 violates these Terms, attempts to possess or consume alcohol, appears intoxicated, or is not properly supervised, DamTrips may deny boarding, deny re-boarding, remove the passenger or party from the trip, or refuse further transportation without refund, credit, alternative transportation, or other compensation.
DamTrips reserves the right to refuse service, remove a passenger, deny boarding, or deny re-boarding when necessary for safety, legal compliance, disruptive conduct, intoxication, harassment, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these Terms.
3. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation.
Prices, routes, pickup stops, departure times, included amenities, add-ons, and availability may vary by trip. We may correct pricing, availability, or listing errors before confirming a booking. If a material error is discovered after purchase, we may cancel the affected booking and provide a refund of the amount paid for that booking.
You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before purchase, including the game, date, pickup stop, departure time, passenger count, seat selections, add-ons, accessibility details, and contact information.
By completing checkout, you authorize DamTrips or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Seat Selection and Seating
Seat selection may be offered for certain trips. Seat maps are provided for convenience and may not perfectly reflect the final vehicle layout.
DamTrips may reassign seats when necessary for safety, accessibility, ADA accommodations, vehicle substitution, operational needs, group seating, staff seating, or compliance with applicable law.
Certain seats may be reserved or blocked for operational, accessibility, ADA, staff, or vehicle-balance purposes. Accessible securement areas may be limited and are reserved for passengers who require a wheelchair or mobility device to be secured to the coach floor.
If seat reassignment is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to keep parties together, but specific seats are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
5. Pickup Stops, Departure Timing, and Late Passengers
You are responsible for arriving at your selected pickup stop on time. Departure times are listed in your booking flow, confirmation, ticket, email, text message, mobile pass, or other trip communications.
Unless stated otherwise, passengers should arrive at least 10 minutes before the listed departure time. The bus departs promptly at the listed time and is not required to wait for late passengers.
Missed departures, late arrivals, failure to locate the pickup point, arriving at the wrong stop, failure to board, or failure to follow pickup instructions are not eligible for refund, credit, alternative transportation, rideshare reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, or other compensation.
Pickup and return times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, law enforcement activity, event operations, vehicle issues, passenger loading, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Park-and-Ride Lots, Hotel Pickup Stops, and Third-Party Pickup Locations
Some DamTrips pickup and drop-off locations may be located at park-and-ride lots, transit facilities, hotels, shopping centers, public parking areas, private parking areas, or other third-party locations.
DamTrips does not own, operate, control, secure, patrol, manage, or supervise third-party pickup locations unless expressly stated in writing. Use of any pickup location is subject to posted signs, parking limits, towing rules, property rules, transit agency rules, hotel rules, and applicable law.
Passengers are solely responsible for choosing whether to park, wait, walk, gather, load, unload, or leave personal property at any pickup or drop-off location. Parking is not guaranteed. DamTrips does not guarantee the safety, security, lighting, availability, condition, accessibility, or suitability of any pickup location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DamTrips, the property owner, transit agency, hotel, parking operator, and any pickup-location partner are not responsible for theft, vandalism, towing, parking citations, vehicle damage, personal injury, lost property, weather exposure, criminal acts, accidents, slips, falls, or other incidents occurring before boarding, after deboarding, while waiting for the bus, while walking to or from the bus, or while using any parking area or pickup location.
Passengers should not leave valuables in vehicles and should comply with all posted parking and property rules. Vehicles parked in violation of posted rules, time limits, permit requirements, or property restrictions may be ticketed, towed, or removed at the owner’s expense.
DamTrips’ responsibility for transportation begins only after a passenger has boarded the DamTrips-designated vehicle and ends when the passenger exits the vehicle at the applicable drop-off location, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
7. Stadium Drop-Off and Post-Game Departure
Unless stated otherwise, DamTrips will depart the stadium or designated post-game pickup area approximately 30 minutes after the final whistle, final play, event end, or other official conclusion of the event as determined by DamTrips.
Passengers are responsible for returning to the bus or designated pickup area on time. The bus may depart without passengers who are late, missing, unreachable, intoxicated, detained, removed from the venue, or otherwise unavailable to board.
Missed post-game departures are not eligible for refund, credit, alternative transportation, rideshare reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, or other compensation.
If a passenger is denied re-boarding due to intoxication, impairment, unsafe condition, misconduct, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these Terms, DamTrips will have no obligation to provide return transportation, arrange alternative transportation, reimburse alternative transportation, or provide a refund or credit.
8. Event Times, Kickoff Changes, and Schedule Changes
Game times, kickoff times, event times, routes, and departure schedules may change. If an event time changes after booking, DamTrips may adjust pickup and return times accordingly.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material schedule changes using the contact information provided during checkout. You are responsible for monitoring your email, phone, text messages, ticket, mobile pass, and any trip updates.
DamTrips is not responsible for missed messages caused by incorrect contact information, carrier filtering, spam folders, device settings, unsubscribes, blocked numbers, or failure to check messages.
9. Refunds, Credits, and Customer Cancellations
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by calling 541-360-8705.
To qualify for the 24-hour refund window, your cancellation request must be made by phone within 24 hours of the original purchase time shown on your booking confirmation or payment receipt. If you reach voicemail, your request will be treated as timely if the voicemail is received within the 24-hour window and includes your name, booking email, phone number, trip date, and order number if available.
Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Actual posting time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
After the 24-hour refund window has expired, all sales are final unless DamTrips cancels the trip and does not provide substitute transportation or another remedy expressly stated in these Terms.
No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers are provided for customer cancellations after the eligible refund window, missed departures, late arrivals, arriving at the wrong pickup stop, failure to board, failure to re-board after the game, change of plans, illness, weather, traffic, parking issues, rideshare delays, venue delays, dissatisfaction with the game or event, removal for misconduct, intoxication, denied boarding, or failure to comply with these Terms.
If DamTrips cancels a trip entirely and does not provide substitute transportation or a reasonable alternative, eligible customers will receive a refund of the amount paid directly to DamTrips for the affected transportation booking.
DamTrips is not responsible for third-party costs, including game tickets, lodging, flights, rideshare, parking, meals, merchandise, missed work, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
Game tickets, third-party add-ons, and other items purchased through or in connection with DamTrips may be subject to separate refund rules from the ticket provider, venue, university, marketplace, restaurant, or other third-party vendor.
10. DamTrips Cancellations and Operational Changes
DamTrips may cancel, postpone, reroute, modify, consolidate, or substitute a trip when necessary due to low enrollment, vehicle availability, driver availability, vendor issues, safety concerns, weather, road closures, event cancellation, event postponement, governmental action, law enforcement instructions, mechanical issues, force majeure events, or other operational needs.
If DamTrips cancels a trip entirely and does not provide substitute transportation or a reasonable alternative, our responsibility will be limited to the amount you paid directly to DamTrips for the affected transportation booking.
DamTrips is not responsible for third-party costs, including event tickets, lodging, flights, rideshare, meals, merchandise, parking, missed work, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
If a game or event is postponed, rescheduled, delayed, relocated, played without fans, or otherwise modified by the event organizer, venue, team, conference, university, broadcaster, government, or other third party, DamTrips may, in its discretion, adjust the trip schedule, provide transportation for the new date if operationally feasible, offer a credit, or cancel the trip subject to these Terms.
11. Game Tickets and Third-Party Event Admission
Transportation bookings do not include game tickets unless expressly stated during checkout.
If game tickets are offered as an add-on, those tickets may be supplied by DamTrips, a university, a ticket marketplace, a broker, or another third-party provider. Event tickets are subject to the rules, terms, policies, and restrictions of the issuing ticket provider, venue, team, university, conference, and event organizer.
DamTrips is not responsible for venue entry issues caused by event rules, security policies, bag policies, prohibited items, ticketing platform outages, revoked tickets, delayed ticket delivery by third parties, or customer failure to comply with venue requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, game tickets and transportation are separate products. A change, cancellation, delay, or issue with one does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the other.
12. Add-Ons, Amenities, Food, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Trip amenities, snack boxes, drinks, fan essentials, lunch options, entertainment, and other add-ons may vary by trip and are subject to availability. Images and descriptions are examples only and may not reflect the exact items provided.
We may substitute items of equal or greater general value when necessary due to availability, supplier issues, safety, food restrictions, or operational needs.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies, dietary restrictions, medical needs, or accessibility-related requirements during checkout. We cannot guarantee that food, drinks, packaging, vehicles, or vendor facilities are free of allergens or cross-contact.
Complimentary beverages provided by DamTrips, if any, are non-alcoholic unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorized.
13. Limited Outside Beverages
DamTrips may allow limited outside beverages on certain trips, subject to applicable law, transportation provider rules, venue rules, safety requirements, and DamTrips policies.
DamTrips does not sell alcohol. DamTrips does not serve, furnish, distribute, or provide alcoholic beverages to passengers. Any outside beverage brought by a passenger is the sole responsibility of that passenger.
Outside beverages are limited to a maximum of two canned beverages per guest. All outside beverages must be commercially sealed and unopened at the time of boarding. No glass containers, flasks, liquor bottles, mixed-drink containers, open cups, unsealed containers, kegs, drinking-game equipment, or loose alcohol containers are permitted.
If an outside beverage contains alcohol, the passenger possessing it must be at least 21 years old and must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request. DamTrips reserves the right to check identification before boarding, during the trip, at any stop, before stadium arrival, or before return transportation.
No passenger under 21 may possess, open, handle, or consume alcohol. Passengers may not provide alcohol to any person under 21. Any violation of this rule may result in denied boarding, denied re-boarding, removal from the trip, refusal of further transportation, and/or referral to law enforcement or venue security.
All outside beverages must be disposed of before deboarding at the stadium or event destination. Outside beverages may not be left, stored, saved, held, or secured on the bus during the game or event. DamTrips is not responsible for storing, safeguarding, returning, replacing, or reimbursing any outside beverage.
No outside beverages may be brought back onto the bus after the game or event. No outside beverages may be consumed on the return trip. Only beverages provided or expressly permitted by DamTrips for the return trip, if any, may be consumed onboard after the game or event.
Passengers must comply with all applicable alcohol laws, open-container laws, motor coach rules, stadium and venue policies, and instructions from DamTrips staff, the driver, the transportation provider, law enforcement, and venue personnel.
DamTrips may deny boarding, deny re-boarding, remove, or refuse further transportation to any passenger who appears intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, threatening, noncompliant, or unable to follow instructions.
If a passenger returns from the game or event and appears intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise unsafe to transport, DamTrips may deny re-boarding and will have no obligation to provide return transportation, alternative transportation, rideshare reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, refund, credit, or other compensation.
Passengers are responsible for arranging their own transportation if they are denied boarding or re-boarding due to intoxication, impairment, misconduct, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these Terms.
DamTrips may dispose of, refuse, or require removal of any prohibited beverage or container. DamTrips may also deny boarding or re-boarding to any passenger who refuses inspection, refuses to show ID, exceeds the beverage limit, brings prohibited containers, attempts to leave outside beverages on the bus, attempts to bring outside beverages back onto the bus after the game or event, or violates these outside beverage rules.
Passengers are responsible for any damage, cleaning costs, fines, penalties, claims, losses, or expenses caused by their beverages, alcohol-related conduct, intoxication, or misconduct.
14. Passenger Conduct and Safety Rules
Passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, fighting, vandalism, smoking, vaping where prohibited, illegal drug use, disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, refusal to follow instructions, interfering with the driver or staff, damaging property, or creating a risk to passengers, staff, the driver, the vehicle, the public, or the trip.
DamTrips may deny boarding, deny re-boarding, remove, or refuse further transportation to any passenger who violates these Terms or whose conduct creates a safety, legal, operational, or customer-service concern.
Passengers removed or denied transportation due to misconduct, intoxication, impairment, or violation of these Terms are not eligible for refund, credit, alternative transportation, rideshare reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, or other compensation.
Passengers are responsible for any damage, cleaning costs, fines, penalties, claims, losses, or expenses caused by their conduct or by members of their party.
15. Accessibility and ADA Accommodations
DamTrips is committed to providing accessible service and reasonable accommodations consistent with applicable law.
Customers should provide accessibility details during checkout, including whether any passenger uses a wheelchair or mobility device that must be secured to the coach floor, requires lift access, travels with a service animal, or needs other boarding assistance.
For online bookings, accessibility details should be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff time when possible so we can coordinate the correct vehicle and boarding plan. If the game is within 48 hours of kickoff, please call us before completing your booking so we can confirm accessible coach availability and assist you directly.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be reviewed, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them where feasible.
Accessible securement spaces may be limited and must be used by passengers who require securement of a wheelchair or mobility device to the coach floor. If no secured wheelchair space remains available for a particular trip, the website may direct you to call us for assistance.
Service animals trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability are permitted as required by law. Pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and companion animals may be restricted unless required by applicable law.
Passengers using mobility devices are responsible for providing accurate information about the device, including whether it must be secured to the vehicle floor. Transportation may be denied if a device or situation cannot be accommodated safely under legitimate safety requirements.
16. Luggage, Bags, Personal Items, and Prohibited Items
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. DamTrips is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unattended items.
Bag policies may vary based on the vehicle, venue, event, or trip. Stadiums and venues may enforce clear-bag policies, size limits, prohibited-item rules, and security screening. You are responsible for complying with all venue and event rules.
Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, glass containers, fireworks, explosives, drones, large coolers, oversized bags, and any item prohibited by law, the carrier, venue, or DamTrips.
We may inspect, refuse, dispose of, or require removal of items when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
17. Safety, Assumption of Risk, and Passenger Responsibility
Travel, transportation, large events, sporting events, parking areas, roadways, loading zones, and group activities involve inherent risks. These risks may include traffic accidents, slips and falls, crowd activity, weather exposure, delays, illness, criminal acts by third parties, vehicle movement, boarding and exiting risks, intoxicated persons, road conditions, and other foreseeable or unforeseeable hazards.
By booking or participating in a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and for any passengers in your party.
You agree to follow all instructions from DamTrips staff, guides, drivers, transportation providers, venue personnel, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
You are responsible for your own health, safety, conduct, belongings, medications, mobility needs, and ability to participate in the trip.
18. Third-Party Transportation Providers and Vendors
DamTrips may contract with third-party transportation companies, motor coach operators, drivers, venues, restaurants, ticket providers, technology providers, payment processors, parking operators, hotels, transit agencies, and other vendors.
Third-party vendors are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of DamTrips unless expressly stated otherwise.
Certain services may be subject to additional third-party terms, rules, waivers, policies, or restrictions. DamTrips is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, failures, negligence, policies, or restrictions of third-party providers except to the extent required by law.
19. Website Information and Availability
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.
Prices, schedules, routes, pickup locations, amenities, vehicle types, availability, and trip details may change without notice before booking. Once you book, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting your trip.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or booking platform at any time.
20. Contact Information, Trip Notifications, Texts, and Emails
You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information during checkout.
By providing your mobile number and email address, you agree that DamTrips may send you booking-related and transactional messages about your trip, including confirmations, receipts, pickup details, schedule changes, delay notices, reminders, accessibility coordination, post-game departure updates, customer service messages, and safety-related information.

Promotional text messages are optional. You will receive promotional texts only if you separately agree to receive them or otherwise provide legally valid consent. Consent to promotional texts is not required to purchase.
Promotional emails are optional. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

22. Photos, Video, and Marketing Content
DamTrips may photograph or record general trip activity, vehicles, amenities, pickup areas, and group experiences for marketing, social media, operational, training, or promotional purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to use a close-up, clearly identifiable image of a customer as the primary subject of an advertisement without consent where legally required.
You may not use DamTrips’ name, logos, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, or marketing materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
23. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, designs, text, photographs, videos, icons, layouts, software, and other materials provided by DamTrips are owned by or licensed to DamTrips and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to misuse the website or booking platform. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with website functionality, scraping data, submitting false information, using stolen payment methods, making fraudulent bookings, reselling bookings without permission, impersonating another person, or using the website for unlawful purposes.
We may cancel bookings, deny access, or take legal action if we suspect fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
25. Payment Processing and Chargebacks
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge for the booking and any selected add-ons.
If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, cancel current or future bookings, deny service, and provide relevant booking records, consent records, communications, and trip records to the payment processor or card network.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DamTrips and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, missed events, emotional distress, inconvenience, lodging costs, airfare, rideshare costs, meals, parking costs, vehicle damage, towing costs, or other third-party expenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking or trip will not exceed the amount you paid directly to DamTrips for the affected booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DamTrips and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

28. Force Majeure
DamTrips will not be liable for delay, cancellation, modification, failure to perform, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, fires, natural disasters, public health events, labor shortages, driver shortages, vehicle shortages, mechanical issues, utility failures, internet outages, payment processor issues, governmental action, law enforcement activity, terrorism, civil unrest, war, venue decisions, event cancellation, event postponement, or other force majeure events.

Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, a booking, or a trip will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
30. Changes to These Terms
