DamTrips Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Oregon Experience Group LLC d/b/a DamTrips (“DamTrips,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit damtrips.com, make a booking, purchase a trip, communicate with us, receive trip updates, participate in a DamTrips trip, or otherwise use our website, booking platform, transportation services, communications, and related services.
By using our website, making a booking, purchasing a trip, communicating with us, or participating in a DamTrips trip, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use our website, make a booking, or provide personal information to us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through our website and booking tools, from payment processors and service providers, and from communications with you.
The types of personal information we may collect include:
A. Contact and Account Information
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing information, emergency contact information if provided, and other contact details you provide during booking, customer service, or trip communications.
B. Booking and Trip Information
We may collect details related to your booking, including trip date, selected game or event, pickup stop, departure time, passenger count, seat selections, add-ons, order number, confirmation details, payment status, refund or cancellation requests, customer service notes, and trip-related preferences.
C. Passenger Information
If you book for other passengers, we may collect information about members of your party, including passenger names, ages or age confirmation, accessibility details, seat needs, service animal information, and other trip-related details you provide.
By providing information about another passenger, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information and to receive trip-related communications on behalf of that passenger.
D. Accessibility and Accommodation Information
We may collect accessibility-related information when needed to coordinate service, including whether a passenger uses a wheelchair or mobility device, requires a mobility device to be secured to the coach floor, requires lift access, travels with a service animal, or needs boarding assistance.
Accessibility information may be sensitive. We use this information only to coordinate transportation, provide reasonable accommodations, support safety, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about the trip. We do not use accessibility information for marketing.
E. Age and Identification-Related Information
Because DamTrips has passenger age rules and outside beverage policies, we may ask passengers to confirm whether they are 21 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old.
If outside beverages are permitted and age verification is needed, DamTrips may visually inspect a government-issued photo ID. Unless necessary for safety, legal, incident, fraud, or dispute purposes, we do not intentionally collect or store copies of government-issued IDs.
F. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction ID, card brand, last four digits of the payment card, billing ZIP code, receipt details, refund status, and fraud or chargeback information.
We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers, full debit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on our own systems.
G. Communications Information
We may collect records of your communications with us, including emails, text messages, phone calls, voicemail messages, chat messages, customer support requests, refund requests, accessibility requests, marketing opt-ins, marketing opt-outs, and other correspondence.
We may also retain records of your consent, including the date, time, IP address, phone number, email address, consent language shown, checkbox selection, and booking details.
H. Website, Device, and Usage Information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, booking flow activity, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of visit, session data, and other technical or analytics information.
I. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, analytics tools, advertising tools, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, improve performance, understand site usage, prevent fraud, measure marketing effectiveness, and support advertising.
Some cookies are necessary for the website and booking platform to function. Others may be used for analytics or marketing, depending on the tools we use.
J. Photos, Videos, and Event Content
DamTrips may photograph or record general trip activity, vehicles, amenities, pickup areas, and group experiences for marketing, social media, operational, training, safety, or promotional purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to use a close-up, clearly identifiable image of a customer as the primary subject of an advertisement without consent where legally required.
K. Incident, Safety, and Compliance Information
We may collect information related to safety incidents, denied boarding, denied re-boarding, intoxication concerns, passenger conduct, property damage, cleaning issues, law enforcement interaction, venue security issues, chargebacks, disputes, claims, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Passengers under 18 must be booked by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing.
